26 September – 5 October 2013

The Public Forum is the World Trade Organisation’s largest annual outreach event.  Held in Geneva each year since 2001, it provides a platform for public debate and discussion across a wide range of WTO issues and activities.

This year, the Forum’s theme is “Expanding Trade through Innovation and the Digital Economy”, with speakers and attendees exploring how technology is changing the world economy.

Delegate

KOREY TE HIRA I am 22 years old and live in Auckland, New Zealand.  I currently work at Fonterra in the Global Dairy Insights Team, having previously worked in the Finance and Economics team at the New Zealand Treasury and at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.  I am very interested in US politics and economics, and achieved First Class Honours in Economics at University in 2012. This, combined with my avid interest in league and physical activity, gives my life a good balance.
